MAXION Child Safety StandardsMAXION is committed to maintaining a safe platform and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Adults OnlyMAXION is a dating platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create or maintain an account or use MAXION’s dating services.If MAXION becomes aware that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18, appropriate action will be taken, including removal or restriction of the account.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
MAXION strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors.
- Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Soliciting, sharing, distributing, creating, requesting, or facilitating sexual content involving minors.
-Sextortion involving minors.
- Child trafficking or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child.
- Any other behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
These activities are prohibited regardless of whether they occur through profiles, photographs, messages, or any other functionality provided by MAXION.
Reporting and Enforcement
Users can report profiles, messages, or other concerning activity through MAXION’s in-app reporting mechanisms.
MAXION reviews reports and may remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action when violations are identified.
When MAXION obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or other child sexual exploitation occurring through its services, MAXION will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws, including removal of prohibited material and reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities where legally required.
Cooperation With Authorities
MAXION complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and will cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies and child safety authorities where required by law.
